This Privacy Policy explains how USA SaaSoft Inc ("USA SaaSoft," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 6360 I-55, Jackson, MS 39211, collects, uses, and shares personal information. It applies to our marketing website and to the custom platforms we design, build, host, and support for our customers (the "Service"). It does not describe the privacy practices of the organizations that use our Service to manage their own members — those organizations are responsible for their own privacy notices.
When you request a demo, contact us, or create an account, we collect information such as your name, organization, work email, phone number, role, and the details you include in your message. If you become a customer, we also collect billing and account-administration information.
Our customers upload records about their members and prospects — which may include names, contact details, membership history, and payment information — so that we can provide the Service. We process this data on our customers' behalf, as described in Section 4.
When you use our website or the Service, we automatically collect usage and device information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
We use personal information to:
Where required by applicable law, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business; your consent (for example, for certain marketing or cookies); and compliance with legal obligations.
For member data that our customers submit to the Service, the customer is the controller and USA SaaSoft acts as a service provider (processor). We process such data only to provide the Service under our agreement with the customer and applicable data-processing terms, and not for our own independent purposes. Requests from a customer's members to access, correct, or delete their information should be directed to the organization that manages their membership.
We use only strictly necessary cookies that keep the Service working, such as your login session. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Member data submitted by customers is retained according to our agreement with the customer; after termination it is made available for export for a limited period and then deleted in the ordinary course.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell personal information. Individuals in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom (under the GDPR) have the rights described above and may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise a right, contact us using the details in Section 13; we will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by law.
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for cross-border transfers.
The Service is intended for organizations and their adult members and staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice by email or through the Service.
